Commitment to Learning

Educational value is a central component to all of our films and a critical element of the company's overall mission.  Our films are designed to provide an enjoyable learning experience and to inspire students to seek additional knowledge after the credits roll.  To supplement the educational value of its films, GSF also provides a variety of tools, including web-based learning exercises on the official film websites and educator guides, which are downloadable below.

Downloadable Educator Guides

GSF works with theater partners and educational advisors to prepare educator guides for each of its films. These guides provide teachers with classroom tools to complement the knowledge imparted on their students through the film experience.  The activities are generally designed to create a hands-on and interactive learning experience.  The topics covered and methods employed are varied to provide a broad learning platform from which to work.  The guides also suggest sources for further research.  Click on any of the guides below to download them in PDF format.
